Our fresh sheet is a revolving menu crafted by our Executive Chef. 

Each dish is developed based on fresh, seasonal produce and her daily inspiration.

SIGNATURE COCKTAIL

  • Winter’s Noir - $11
    Gin, Giffard Cassis, Dimmi, and cardamom.

  • Coconut Prawns - $16
    Butterflied prawns battered in-house with panko and shredded coconut then fried to perfection. Served with house-made chili lime sauce.

  • Pork Belly Ramen - $22
    Yakisoba egg noodles steeped in scratch pork broth with a bok choy veggie medley. Garnished with seared pork belly, crispy rice noodles, and a soft-boiled egg.

  • Duck à l’ Orange - $47
    Pan-seared duck breast served on top of house-made potato fritters and braised broccolini. Dressed with a bourbon fig reduction and candied orange.

  • Horchata Bites - $12 

Traditional horchata flavors such as rice flour, cinnamon, and vanilla in a crispy oat breading. Served with spumoni ice cream.
